*All appointments must be booked in advance. Online booking is available for all services except regular RN appointments, which must be booked by calling the office.

1. Regular Doctor Appointments
   With Dr. Charkhsaz  and Dr. Totounchian 
   Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–4:00 PM
   In-office, telephone, or video .

2. Same-Day Urgent Care – Telephone
   With Dr. Charkhsaz and Dr. Totounchian
   Monday–Wednesday, 4:00–6:00 PM (booking opens at 10 AM)
   Same-day urgent telephone appointments for more urgent concerns.

3. Same-Day Urgent In-Office RN Appointments
   With our Registered Nurse (RN)
   Monday–Thursday, 2:00–4:00 PM
   Same-day in-office appointments for specific urgent concerns.

4. Regular RN Appointments
   With our Registered Nurse (RN)
   Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
   For ongoing nursing care and follow-up needs.

5. Aesthetic Appointments
   With Dr. Totounchian
   Thursdays
   Aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox/Fillers) by appointment.

Phone Calls & Messages

Our phone lines are open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Due to high call volume, we may not always be able to answer immediately. If your call is not answered, please leave a clear voicemail including your full name, phone number, and a brief description of the reason for your call.

We review every message and strive to return calls the same business day whenever possible.

Prescription Renewals

Please ask your pharmacy to fax refill requests directly to us. Once your doctor approves the request and signs the prescription, we’ll fax it back to your pharmacy. There is no need to call the clinic for renewals. Because this process can take up to 72 hours, please plan ahead so you don’t run out of medication while the renewal is processed and faxed to your pharmacy.

Same-day Urgent Tele-appointments  (Doctors)     NEW

With Dr. Charkhsaz and Dr. Totounchian. Available Monday–Wednesday, 4:00–6:00 PM. Online booking opens daily at 10:00 AM (first-come, first-served). Choose Same Day Urgent Appointment and select Telephone or Video. These visits are for urgent concerns only. Non-urgent bookings may be cancelled to keep access fair. Not for emergencies — call 911.

Same-day Urgent In-office (Registered Nurse)           NEW

Monday–Thursday, 2:00–4:00 PM. Booking opens 10:00 AM each day. For urgent, non-chronic concerns only, such as:

• Cold, flu, cough, or sore throat
• Urinary tract infection symptoms
• Minor eye or ear infections
• Sprains, strains, or minor injuries
• Simple wound care

Flu Shots

We do NOT offer flu shots / flu clinic. Please contact your local pharmacy or public health unit for flu vaccinations.

Technology & AI

To support quality documentation, our doctors may use computer-assisted tools and AI during your visit. These tools comply with federal and provincial privacy laws. If you prefer not to use this technology, please tell your provider at the start of your appointment.

Clinic Policies

• No-Scent Policy: Please avoid perfumes or scented products for in-office visits.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any verbal, emotional, or physical abuse toward staff will not be tolerated.
